With the “on-demand” programme style, you’re free to mix and match sessions as much as you like depending on your time and energy levels. No minimum contract, cancel any time.

A growing library of workouts

There are a range of different workouts (all complete with video demos) to try using the app. Pick what suits your mood and energy levels on the day! I will be updating and adding workouts every month to keep things fresh.
